Britt Baker and Penelope Ford vs. Riho and Yuka Sakazaki
- Updated: March 3, 2020
AEW Dark March 3
This AEW Dark match occurred prior to AEW Revolution, which I attended live. The “I Was There” post covering AEW Revolution will go up on March 6.
Riho and Sakazaki attacked Ford and Baker before the bell trying to get revenge on Britt Baker. Yuka hit a pair of snap suplexes and a modified Death Valley driver. With the referee’s back turned, Kip Sabian grabbed Yuka by the leg. Britt Baker stomped Yuka’s face into the mat and tagged into the match. Ford hit a back elbow strike and a boot across the face to Yuka.
When Riho got the tag into the match, she hit Ford with a dropkick and followed up with a crucifix bomb. With both opponents on the floor, Riho climbed the ropes, but Kip Sabian grabbed her by the feet. Yuka hit a dive on both Britt and Ford while Riho dove on Kip Sabian. From the top rope again, Riho hit a double stomp for a near fall.
Kip Sabian again interfered allowing Britt Baker to cinch in the lock jaw for the submission victory.
