Alex Zayne vs. Bandido

ROH Honor Reigns Supreme January 12:

Zayne and Bandido began the match with two collar and elbow tie ups. The opening sequence finished when Bandido rolled to the outside, Zayne missed a moonsault to the floor, and Bandido connected with a Fosbury Flop. Zayne’s missed an ugly corkscrew dive and then connected with a dive on the opposite side of the ring. While Zayne had a majority of the offense through this point of the match, most of it looked bad. Bandido hit a buckle bomb and then a top-rope powerbomb transitioned from a hangman’s neck breaker. The finish came when Zayne pinned Bandido after a ripcord sit-down powerbomb.

The match should have been crisper at times, but the offense was impressive and innovative.
