Minutes to Bell Time

#DIY vs. Moustache Mountain

WWE Worlds Collide January 25

Gargano and Bate start things out with a collar and elbow tie up and Gargano wrestles Bate to the mat. The straight back and forth wrestling continued for the first five minutes when Trent Seven and Tommaso Ciampa tagged into the match. Ciampa got a shoulder tackle and Seven tagged Bate back into the match. Bate and Ciampa then engaged in a test of strength with no clear winner. The match really got going when Ciampa got a strong punch in the face. Despite a little action on the outside that lead to both Bate and Seven getting thrown over the announce table, the match slowed back down when action made it back into the ring.

With Trent Seven back in the match, he went chop happy and hit a strong lariat on Ciampa for a two count. Trent went for the Seven Star Lariat, but Ciampa countered with a high knee. Both men tag out and Gargano gets the advantage with a Tope Suicida on Bate. Ciampa would go for project Ciampa, but Bate would counter and hit the Tyler Driver ’97 for the two count.

Bate hit an Exploder Suplex, but Gargano put his knees up for the standing shooting star. Gargano then countered the airplane spin into the Gargano Escape. A few moments later, Seven and Bate had Bothe members of #DIY in the airplane spin. Moustache Mountain hit a burning hammer assisted by a high knee for the two count on Ciampa.

All four men made it back to their feet to meet in the center of the ring, but #DIY ended up hitting meet in the middle on Trent Seven for the pinfall victory. Not the best match for any of the four competitors, but better than average in the industry and very fun in spots.
