Hikaru Shida defeats Mel

Mel attacked Shida before the bell and hit her with a number of elbows in the corner. After holding Shida in a submission, she continued the beat down. Shida sent Mel to the outside and attempted to use the chair as a launch pad, and Shida did connect with Luther. Taking advantage of the distraction by Kong and Luther, Mel attacked and tossed Shida back in the ring.

Shida hit a step up ensiguri and a vertical suplex. Shida hit a missile dropkick for a near fall. After running off the ropes, Shida got caught by Mel who hit her with a sidewalk slam. After a couple of strikes, Shida got a near fall.

When Shida hit the ropes, Awesome Kong grabbed Shida by the leg. Using Luther’s distraction, Kong swung the kendo stick, but hit Mel instead. Taking advantage of the situation, Shida hit a running knee for the pinfall victory.

After the match Mel and Luther took out Awesome Kong.
