Kratos and Stevens defeat Latimer and Adonis; Crimson and Jax Dane
- Updated: June 6, 2021
NWA has made me go from thinking the champs have to lose in every match they are into wondering how they will somehow hold on to them.
We are fighting under true triple threat tag team rules with one member of each team in the ring. I have always wondered why some promotions will book it with just two men in the ring.
Kratos and Dane don’t waste time before having a show of strength against each other. Adonis tags in to take both down but Kratos and Dane no sell it.
Why did they have to hide the attack on the leg of Kratos against the steel steps? If it is triple threat rules, there should be no DQ.
Does anyone else think that the leg injury could have been a plan between Kratos and Strictly Business? Just seemed convenient that it was Latimer doing the damage.
Masterlock on Stevens has to be broken up by Crimson as Kratos is selling the leg in the corner.
Interesting booking to have Latimer and Dane stop fighting each other to prevent Stevens and Kratos from tagging before fighting each other over who gets to pin Stevens.
Nice spot with Latimer and Dane both trying to pin Stevens leading to it finally breaking down to them slugging each other. This gives Stevens enough time to make a recovery.
Kratos gets off the apron during a comeback from Stevens for no reason. Nevermind, he was going for a tag belt but the referee takes it.
Kratos low blows Crimson behind the ref’s back which allows Stevens to get the pinfall victory and retain once again.
Post-match, Stevens and Kratos shake hands but I assume Stevens will have something to say on Powerrr.
