Lio Rush vs. Jordan Devlin

NXT February 19 – CruiserWeight Championship

Just a couple of evasions prior to the commercial break. Back from the break, Devlin had control of the match striking Rush in the face with kicks and forearms. Devlin hit a ura nage, but missed a standing moonsault allowing Rush to get back int he game. Devlin hit a release half and half suplex for a near fall.

NXT went to another commercial break. Upon the show’s return, Rush hit a suicide dive and then a high cross body from the top rope for a near fall. Rush sent Devlin to the apron, but Devlin jumped right back in and hit a cutter. Devlin would then miss a moonsault to the floor and Rush connected with a corkscrew moonsault.

Back in the ring, Devlin hit a Spanish Fly. Rush hit a top rope poisonrana and then the Come Up, but Devlin got his foot on the rope. Lio then missed the final hour allowing Jordan to hit Devlin Side for the victory.
