Minutes to Bell Time

Mia Yim vs. Kay Lee Ray

WWE Worlds Collide January 25

Mia Yim dropkicked Kay before the bell and followed up a few moments later with a head-scissors takedown. Ray connected with a tornado DDT for a two count and twisted Yim’s face while holding her in an abdominal stretch on that mat. Mia Yim evaded a top rope senton and came back with a neck breaker and a tornado DDT. With Ray rolling to the outside, Yim connected with a suicide dive but got hit with a superkick as she tried to reenter the ring. To keep Yim down, Ray jumped hit a somersault senton from the top rope to the floor. Yim would counter a hurricanrana with a sit-down powerbomb and followed up with a destroyer. The finish came when Yim went for an O’Connor Roll, but Ray countered into an O’Connor Roll of her own with assistance from the ropes. An average match.
