Rey Mysterio defats MVP

Monday Night Raw January 27:

Rey and MVP started with a series of evasions and counters until Porter caught Mysterio with a boot to the face. We have already seen more of MVP tonight than we did last night. With MVP on the outside, Rey took MVP down with a head-scissors takedown taking Raw to a commercial. Back from he break, both wrestlers are back in the ring. From the electric chair position, Rey countered to use a hurricanrana to send MVP into the bottom turnbuckle. Climbing the ropes on the opposite side, Rey connected with a seated senton for a near fall. MVP found an opening to hit the Ballin’ Elbow, but couldn’t get the three count with Rey so close to the ropes. Moments later, Mysterio just barely grazed MVP with the 619 before and hitting a springboard frog-splash for the pinfall victory
