Minutes to Bell Time

Rhea Ripley (Champion) vs. Toni Storm

WWE Worlds Collide January 25: NXT Women’s Championship Match

Storm got the first high impact move with a basement dropkick about one minute into the feeling out process. Storm hit Ripley with a German suplex into the bottom turnbuckle and Ripley rolled to the outside. Back in the ring, Storm connected with a snap suplex and followed up with an STF for an attempted submission. The referee called for the break and Storm immediately hit Ripley with a high angle DDT for a near fall.

Back on her feet, Ripley and Storm exchanged right hands until Ripley hit two clotheslines, a series of knees, and basement dropkick. Ripley applied the standing cloverleaf, but Storm escaped. Ripley and Storm would attempt a series of moves, but all moves were countered until Storm hit a German Suplex pin for a two count. Storm climbed the ropes, missed a frog splash, and Rhea finished her with Riptide for the pinfall victory.
