The two competitors chased each other for the first several minutes of the match. Strong had the advantage when NXT went to commercial.
Dream hit a double axe handle, but Strong shoved him into the post when he tried to go back to the top. Strong then lifted him and dropped him back first over the top rope.
Strong locked in the Stronghold (Boston Crab) forcing Dream to crawl to the ropes for a break.
A few moments later, Dream connected with a Dream Valley Driver and revealed that he had a pair of pants with Marina Shafir on his crotch. Dream hit another Dream Valley Driver for the pinfall victory. The Undisputed Era beat down the Dream after the match.
