Ryo Mizunami defeats Aja Kong

Ryo Mizunami and Aja Kong fought to the outside and into the stands. Ryo ran back to the ring and prevented Aja Kong from getting back in the ring. Ryo got a win by cont out.
This was only the second count out in AEW history.
