Out of a collar and elbow tie up, Thornstowe pushed Tessa tot he ground. Tessa ducked a forearm and hit several of her own followed by a dropkick to the back and a kick to the face. Using a tilt-a-whirl head scisscors, she sent Thornswtowe to the outside. When Tessa went for a suicide dive, Lester caught her and slammed her into he apron.

Thornstowe knocked her down with a flying forearm and then cinched in a rear naked choke. Tessa battled out, but Thornstowe wrenched her down to the mat by the hair. Thornstowe got a two count after hitting a scoop slam. He went for a moonsault, but Tessa evaded and rallied. She would send chops and forearms his way followed by a clothesline and a head-scissors take down. After a Samoan drop, Thornstowe got knocked off the apron and Tessa used a pair of suicide dives to keep him down. Back in the ring, Tessa hit a cutter. Thornstowe evaded the DDT, but Tessa came back around and connected with the DDT to secure the pinfall. The match was fine.

Austin and Reno Scum attacked Tessa after the match bringing out Tommy Dreamer for the save.
