Impact Medical did not clear Rich Swann to compete, so Willie Mack enters the match by himself.

Willie Mack had Josh Alexander finished with a Six Star Frog Splash, but Ethan Page pulled the referee out of the ring before the three count. When the match got going again, Alexander and Page double-teamed Mack and secured the pinfall victory.
