TV Title Matches have a 6:05 Minute Time Limit. The match begins with a collar and elbow tie up and Storm pushed Starks back into the corner. Storm would then knock down Starks with a shoulder tackle, but Starks countered the hip toss to land on his feet. Storm would get a larger advantage after a Spinebuster, snap mare, and a boot to the face. Storm maintained the assault on Ricky Starks including a Perfect Storm that Tim did not follow up on. Starks managed to crucifix the shoulders of Tim Storm to pick up the pinfall victory. The two men hugged after the match.
