NXT January 22: Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic

Grizzled Young Veterans had the advantage until Adam Cole and Roderick Strong distracted James Drake giving Bobby Fish an opening to take over. Undisputed Era isolated James Drake for three minutes before Gibson was able to get a tag. The Grizzled Young Veterans had the advantage leading into the first commercial brake. The Undisputed Era rallied when the show returned from commercial as Bobby Fish was tagged in. Bobby Fish locked in a knee bar on Gibson, but Drake pushed the rope closer to Gibson, so he could escape with a rope break. The Undisputed Era got the advantage back until Imperium’s music hit and they appeared on the perch. Gibson pulled Fish out of the ring, and they hit the shatter machine on Kyle O’Reilly for the pinfall victory
