Usos and Roman Reigns vs. King Corbin, Robert Roode, and Dolph Ziggler

Friday Night Smackdown January 24

Robert Roode sent Jimmy Uso over the top rope and Dolph Ziggler slammed him into the steps. The medical team carried Jimmy out of the arena as Smackdown went to a commercial break. When back from commercial break, Jay and Roman continued 2 on 3. Jay climbed to the top rope, missed his move, and Corbin hit him with deep six for a near fall. On the outside, Roode slammed Jay’s back into the apron. Corbin, Ziggler, and Roode would tag in and out and punish Jay Uso. Finally after an enziguri, Jay Uso nearly reached Roman Reigns, but Corbin pulled Reigns off the apron and sent him over the barricade into the crowd.

When back from commercial break, Jay Uso remained in the ring. Uso would make the tag, and Roman quickly established an advantage. Roman hit several clotheslines in the corner on Dolph Ziggler and then connected with a boot to Ziggler’s face. Off a distraction from Corbin, Ziggler hit a superkick for a near fall on Roman Reigns.

Ziggler dumped Reigns to the outside where Corbin and Roode took advantage of a double team. Back in the ring, Corbin’s team continued to tag in and out pummeling Roman. Roode went for the Glorius DDT, but Roman countered into a deadlift powerbomb. Reigns nearly made the tag to Jay Uso, but Ziggler took out Jay at the last second. Ziggler began calling for a superkick and Roman evaded to hit Ziggler with a Superman Punch. Jimmy Uso ran back out and Roman tagged Jimmy into the match where he hit a Samoan Drop on Robert Roode and a Suicide Dive on King Corbin. Corbin went for End of Days on Jimmy Uso, but Roman hit Corbin with a Superman Punch. Jimmy Uso would get the pinfall victory after an Uso Splash on Robert Roode.
