Vincent and Bateman vs. Silas Young and Josh Woods
- Updated: March 2, 2020
ROH Gateway to Honor February 29
Vincent and Bateman attacked 2 Guys 1 Tag as they made their entrance. Young said he could compete, so Todd Sinclair rang the bell. With Young completely isolated, Vincent and Bateman focused their offense on Silas’ heavily taped knee. Young had an opportunity to make a tag, but Woods had not yet made it to the ring.
When Woods made it and got the tag, he suplexed both men, hit running knees in the corner, and got a near fall on Bateman. Woods hit a powerbomb onto Young’s knees, but that seemed to further injure the knees of Young. As Woods checked on Young’s condition, Righteous regrouped and took over the match. After a few moments, Young got the tag and hit his springboard moonsault.
All of a sudden, Brian Johnson came out on a microphone drawing Woods away from the ring. Vincent hit the acid drop for the pinfall victory.
