• Dakota Kai hit her kick in the corner for the pinfall victory.
• After the match, Kai setup to hit Sarray with a second kick. Raquel Gonzalez chased Dakota off.

• Johnny and Candice talk about “these kids”
• Indi puts on makeup and Johnny lectures Dexter about what bringing her home by 10PM.

• Legado disrespected Hit Row and their culture.
• With that, Swerve tossed a lucha mask in the fire.

Ilja Dragunov Promo

• Words don’t mean anything, but the pain and struggle have meant something. He has put all his strength into his fist. At Takeover, he’ll end the reign of Walter.
• Pete Dunne comes out. Dunne says Dragunov owes him a thank you.
• Dragunov challenges Dunne to a match TONIGHT.
• Pete says he won’t make it to Takeover.

LA Knight and Cameron Grimes Backstage

• Knight says Grimes left him hanging.
• He’s going to show Grimes how to win.

LA Knight defeats Andre Chase – 00:35

• Knight immediately hit his finisher.

Ted DiBiase Comes to the Ring

• Dibiase tells Cameron that he can do a lot of other things. I believe in you. These people believe in you.
• Knight asks Dibiase what he wants.
• Ted tells LA Knight to shut up.
• Dibiase says if Knight puts the belt on the line one more time, Grimes would become a champion.
• Knight says he’ll put the belt on the line, but Ted DiBiase has to be Knight’s butler if Grimes loses.
• The match is official.

Gigi Dolin Promo

• This isn’t just a 9-5. This is everything. She’s not doing it alone.

Gigi Dolin defeats Amari Miller – 02:07

• Dolin hit an abdominal stretch bomb for the pinfall victory.

Candice and Johnny Spy on Indi and Dexter

Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly Face to Face

• Regal says the match at Takeover will be a 2 out of 3 falls. Cole and O’Reilly will each pick a fall. If it goes to a third fall, Regal will make the choice for the final fall.
• O’Reilly says the first fall will be a straight match (pinfall or submission).
• Cole calls for the second fall to be a street fight.
• They continue to exchange words for a bit.
• It breaks down into a fist fight.
• Regal announces that the third fall will be a steel cage.

Ciampa and Thatcher Promo

• Thatcher cuts the promo on Dunne and Holland. Before Dunne can challenge Holland, Thatcher makes a challenge of his own to Holland.

Imperium Promo

• Cut off by MSK attempting to impersonate them.

Odyssey Jones defeats Trey Baxter – Breakout Tournament – 02:51

• Jones used a ura-nage for the pinfall victory.

• He’s excited.

McKenzie Mitchell Outside William Regal’s Office

• Huge Week on NXT
  • Imperium v. MSK – Tag Team Championships
  • Kushida v. Roderick Strong – Cruiserweight Championship

Boa defeats Drake Maverick – 02:56

• Mei Ying blew mist into the face of Drake Maverick. Boa used a roundhouse kick for the pinfall victory.

Johnny Gargano Continued to Attempt Interfering with their Date

• Johnny accidentally slammed a cake in Dexter’s face.

Special Look at Samoa Joe v. Karrion Kross

Pete Dunne defeats Ilja Dragunov – 14:25

• Walter came out toward the end of the match.
• The distraction led to Pete Dunne hitting the bitter end for the pinfall victory.

After Match

• Walter and Dragunov got physical, but Dragunov immediately hit Torpedo Moscow to send Walter out of the ring.
