John Cena to the Ring

• John Cena gives Roman Reigns a “D” grade.
• Cena says Roman will beat him up at SummerSlam, but he’ll also lose.
• Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman to the ring.
• Cena says that WWE has been pushing Roman Reigns for 10 years, and he’s surrounded himself with protection so nobody has a chance.
• Roman asks Cena to be original – no more dick jokes and stuff.
• John says he doesn’t need to prove himself to Roman. He just needs to pin Roman to become a 17 time champion. Cena says he’s here to help Roman.
• Roman runs down Cena’s accomplishments and then says, “I’ll be happy just to beat John Cena.”
• Reigns says John is good enough to with the WWE Championship, but not the Universal Championship.
• Cena says Roman has to shine. All Cena has to do is stay in there.
• Roman will be the answer to a trivia question, “Who did John Cena defeat to become a 17x champion.”

Shinsuke Nakamura defeats Apollo Crews (c) – Intercontinental Championship – 10:13

• The referee ejects both Azeez and Boogs.
• Nakamura used the Kinsshasa to get the pinfall victory.
• Shinsuke Nakamura is the new Intercontinental Champion.

Street Profits with Kayla

• Ford is not concerned. He’s excited.
• Dawkins says Street Profits are up and they want the smoke.

Street Profits defeat Alpha Academy – 03:33

• Dawkins used a rotating suplex on Gable for the pinfall victory.

Seth Rollins to the Ring

• Rollins says Edge is not here tonight.
• Edge can’t stand the fact that Rollins has had a better career.
• Seth plays a career retrospective to show that he has had a better career than Edge.
• Rollins says that Edge should be thanking him because if it wasn’t for Seth, we wouldn’t be having this discussion.
• He continues to say that Edge has put himself between “me and the universal championship” too many times.
• Seth will stomp Edge’s head into the mat.

Dominik and Rey in the Back

• Rey explains to Dom that he needs to stay hungry. Don’t get over confident.

Dominik and Rey Mysterio defeat Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode

• Dominik caught Robert Roode with a roll up for the pinfall victory.

King Corbin Promo

• Corbin wants everyone to contribute $1,000 to get him out of chapter 11.
• Kevin Owens to the ring. Owens says Corbin needs to stop embarrassing himself.
• Kevin says if Corbin can beat him, then Owens will give him $1,000. If Corbin loses, he has to stop begging. Corbin agrees.
• Owens gives Corbin a stunner.

Kevin Owens defeats Baron Corbin – 09:45

• Owens used a sunset flip to get the pinfall victory.
• Per the terms of the match, Corbin can no longer beg for money.
• Owens gives Corbin a stunner for good measure.

Backstage

• Corbin stole the Money in the Bank Briefcase from Big E.

Sasha and Bianca Contract Signing for SummerSlam

• Bianca says all Sasha had to do was ask for a rematch.
• Banks said Bianca’s hair whip left her out of action for months.
• Sasha says she wants some witnesses for the contract signing. Out comes Carmella and Zelina Vega.
• After the contract was signed, Bianca went after everyone. She managed to clear the ring of Carmell and Vega, but Banks took her down.
• This led to a 3 on 1 beat down.
• Sasha used the braid to apply the Bank Statement on Bianca as the show went off the air.
