• He says there’s no way they’ll let him defend the NXT championship in this condition.
• Kross lays the belt down, but he says that doomsday is still coming. God help the obstacles in his path. Tick Tock.

Wade Barrett on Commentary

Breezango defeats Imperium – 15:19

• After Tyler Breeze hit super model kicks on both men, Fandango hit a top rope leaping leg drop on both members of Imperium. Fandango then picked up the pinfall victory.

Damian Priest Backstage

• Thatcher says he should get the first shot.

Tommaso Ciampa defeats Jake Atlas – 00:53

• Ciampa dominated Atlas in less than a minute. I looked down and missed it.

Post Match

• Ciampa attacked Atlas and gave him a slingshot chest first into the steel beam below the ring.
• Even as medical tried to bring Atlas out of the ring on a stretcher Ciampa continued the assault.

Candice LeRae Video Package

• She’s been friends with Tegan a long time, but sometimes you have to cut ties if people don’t see things the Gargano way.

Bronson Reed Backstage

• Reed wants a title shot because he’s already beaten Damian Priest.
• Austin Theory came by to tell Reed to keep chasing his dreams. Maybe by 55, he’ll be a champion.
• Bronson smacked him.

Shotzi Blackheart defeats Mia Yim – 04:31

• The match was supposed to be Mia Yim v. Mercedes Martinez. Robert Stone immediately came out and said no way. Blackheart ran him over with her tank and took the match in place of Martinez.
• Shotzi Blackheart hit a senton from the top rope for the pinfall victory.

Backstage Interview with Nox and Raquel

• They’re not bothered by the tag match later in the night.

William Regal Announcement

• Confirms the NXT championship is vacant and sends best wishes to Karrion Kross.
• Next Week – Four former champions will compete in a four way to determine the new NXT Champion.
  • Johnny Gargano, Tommaso Ciampa, Finn Balor, Adam Cole
• This is on a special Tuesday Night edition of NXT.
• It’s a four way 60 Minute Iron Match.

Wade Barrett Says He’ll Be Back Next Week

Santos Escobar defeats Isaiah Swerve Scott – 16:43

• Wilde and Mendoza did attempt to interfere, but Breezango took them out.
• Escobar put on a mask and executed a headbutt against Scott. Apparently that knocked Swerve out. Escobar got the pinfall.

Gargano Backstage Interview

• Plans to take advantage of the opportunity.

Finn Balor Backstage Interview

• While some fall and prey, the Prince rises to the occasion.

Kyle O’Reilly defeats Drake Maverick – 03:28

• O’Reilly used a heel hook to get the submission victory.

Post Match

• Undisputed Era attempted to continue their beat down of Drake Maverick. Killian Dain made the ave and ran off Undisputed Era.
• Dain also gave Maverick a punch to the face for good measure.

Backstage Interview with Rhea Ripley

• She wants what Io has.

Adam Cole Interview

• Now that he’s moved past Pat McAfee, he can refocus on the NXT championship.

Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez defeat Io Shirai and Rhea Ripley – 10:15

• Mercedes Martinez pulled Rhea Ripley off the ring apron leaving Io Shirai to go alone against Kai and Gonzalez.
• Ripley recovered enough to get the tag, but then Gonzalez did the one arm powerbomb for the pinfall victory.
