Scott D’Amore and Josh Matthews are back letting us know the reveals tonight before hyping up Hard To Kill’s Main Event.

MOMENT OF THE YEAR: SLAMMIVERSARY 2020

Video package hyping everyone’s favourite moment of 2020 being Slammiversary. Starting with the return of MCMG & EC3 and the debut of Heath.
We see the Main Event with Eric Young and being the fifth man in the Main Event and they start of his feud with Swann.
Ending with the debut of the Good Brothers to save Eddie Edwards from Ace Austin and Madman Fulton.

Willie Mack Makes New Year’s Resolutions

Back to hear New Years Resolutions from Willie Mack who hopes to get back travelling again.
Love that Scott D’Amore actually says that the fans hate him for not firing Josh Matthews.

WILLIE MACK VS. ACE AUSTIN – X-DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH – REBELLION NIGHT ONE – APRIL 21, 2020

Getting the start of the match but quick cuts first right to the handshake then to Ace getting back in the ring before a countout.
With all the cuts, I am surprised they left in the mentions of Tessa Blanchard during the match.
Funny to hear Josh getting corrected about Madison not retiring only to be retired from the business now.
Loved the counter by Ace Austin to the Stunner from Mack by flipping completely.
Beautiful cutter after popping up Ace Austin into the air but only getting a two count.
Great spot with Ace Austin moving to the turnbuckle after Mack set up the Frog Splash only for Mack to hit a Coast to Coast drop kick.
Could Ace Austin have been more obvious with his feet on the ropes?
That stunner on the turnbuckle looked terrible but Mack follows it up with the frog splash and gets the pinfall to become the new X Division Champion.

New Year’s Resolutions from Kiera

New Years Resolutions from Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz wanting gold around their waist saying they plan to win the Knockout Tag Team Titles.

Scott and Josh Go Over Knockouts Tag Title Tournament

This brings us back to D’Amore and Matthews going over the KO Tag Team Title Tournament and their favourite KO tag teams of past.

Deonna Accepts te Challenge

Time to get the response from Kimber Lee and Deonna Purrazzo to Taya Valkyrie’s challenge last week.
Deonna accepts stating when she beats Taya it will mean a lot since Taya is the longest reigning champion of all time. Scott makes it official.

Starting off with the full start of the match with Ethan Page and Alex Shelley before both tag in and we get Sabin and Alexander.
Getting some cuts after getting all of the start of the match.
Likely this is a lot of people’s pick for match of the year so interesting that we are seeing it now.
Love the hand off spot from Alexander and Page in the middle of a Vertical Suplex on Shelley.
Poor Ethan Page having Alex Shelley’s ass in his face while being pinned. No wonder he was able to find the energy to kick out.
Sabin rolls up Page while Shelley holds off Josh Alexander for the MCMG to regain the Tag Team Championships.

That sends us to Acey Romero questioning Crazzy Steve about who may have set up Larry D.
Steve says he heard some noise from the Grooms Side of the ring.

ROHIT RAJU VS. MANIK – X DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH – FINAL RESOLUTION – DECEMBER 12, 2020

Quick cuts right from the get go so they can get to the meat of the action and story.
Impact really needs to protect their referee’s better in the new year as they all look like idiots.
Manik gets the win after the Ref couldn’t get out of the way of both men and Manik takes advantage for a pinfall win to get the X Division Championship match.
Scott plays down the idea that TJP is Manik saying Manik has his own Wrestling License.

Yeah they cut through great matches but we get the Rock induction of Ken Shamrock in its entirety. They are going to use this forever on Impact Wrestling.

We have 15 minutes left in the night so should be interesting how much of the match they actually show us.
Still liked at how well this match was booked. Forgot how long into it the Rich Swann pilmanizing moment actually happened.
We get all the eliminations including the pilmanization of Swann.
Boston Knee Party by Eddie to Ace Austin but only a two count. Second Boston Knee Party before hitting his Die
Hard Piledriver to get the pinfall on Ace Austin to become the new Impact Champion at Slammiversary.
Eddie Edwards is seen from home thanking everyone for voting that match as Match of the Year since it is special to him.

Scott D’Amore and Josh Matthews close the show thanking us for tuning in and letting us know we will be back next week with the first show of the new year.
