Toru Yano Wins 2021 KOPW Fatal Four Way – 07:33

Bad Luck Fale and Chase Owens took out Bushi, but then began bullying the referee.
Yano hit both Owens and Fale with low blows before covering Bushi for the ring.

Kanemaru and Desperado defeat Wato and Taguchi – 13:19

El Desperado used the Pinche Loco to get the pinfall victory over Ryusuke Taguchi.

Shingo Takagi defeats Jeff Cobb – 21:12

Shingo used a Pumping Bomber to get the pinfall victory over Jeff Cobb.

Sanada defeats Evil – 23:40

Sanada hit Everything is Evil on Evil and then followed up with a Moonsault for the pinfall victory.

Hiromu Takahashi defeats Taiji Ishimori – 25:32

Hiromu used Time Bomb II for the pinfall victory.

Kota Ibushi defeats Jay White – 48:05

At the 40 minute mark, Jay White kicked out of Kamigoye.
Kota Ibushi followed with a Phoenix Splash, but Gedo pulled the referee out before Red Shoes could make the three count.
Ibushi gave Gedo the Kamigoye.
Kota Ibushi brought Red Shoes back in the ring, but Jay White surprised Kota with a blade runner. Ibushi kicked out.
Kota Ibushi hit a reverse kamigoye and then a standard kamigoye for the pinfall victory.

Post Match

Sanada came out after the main event and requested a title match. Ibushi shook Sanada’s hand.
