Whole Bunch of Pre Taped Interviews To Start the Show

AJ Styles

• No chance Riddle beats him tonight. He had the element of surprise last time, but AJ is ready.

Matt Riddle

• AJ Styles stands for Arrogant Jack@$$. It wasn’t a fluke before. He’ll be the Bro that runs the Show

Daniel Bryan

• They’ll tear the house down, and he thinks we have new champs.

Alexa Bliss

• She has a big guest tonight, but she won’t “Bliss and Tell.”

Miz and Morrison

• Miz wants to know if Morrison is afraid to face Braun Strowman. The answer is he’s freaking terrified.

Strowman

• Horror show might start tonight. Hope Bray Wyatt is watching.

Nakamura and Csearo

• Apparently they’ll be facing the New Day this Sunday. When Cesaro beats Big E, he’ll choose whether they’ll have a steel cage match or tables match this Sunday.

New Day

• Spoiler alert . . .they won’t win the titles this Sunday and Cesaro won’t beat Big E tonight.

Cesaro defeats Big E – 10:05

• The winner of this match chooses the Extreme Rules stipulation. The choices is a Tables Match or Cage Match.
• Cesaro hit the neutralizer for the pinfall victory.
• After the match, Nakamura and Cesaro continued to work over Big E. Kofi Kingston made the save and Cesaro and Nakamura got away.

King Corbin Backstage Interview

• AJ Styles is one of the best, and Matt Riddle can’t even remember to put his shoes on.

Cesaro and Nakamura Backstage Interview

• They discuss the merits of the steel cage match and the tables match.
• They decide on a Tables Match.

A Moment of Bliss

• She congratulates the woman of WWE on the five year anniversary of the Woman’s Evolution.
• Bliss makes a bunch of predictions.
• Nikki thinks she’s the special guest, but she’s not.
• Bayley and Sasha Banks come out. Bayley says that she and Sasha are the architects of the woman’s revolution.
• Sasha says “You’re Welcome.”
• The Special Guest is Asuka. They get into a big fight.
• Alexa says that Nikki, Asuka, Sasha, and Bayley need to settle their differences in the ring.

Sasha and Bayley defeat Asuka and Nikki – 14:30

• Bayley wins with a jack-knife cover with her feat on the ropes.

The Miz Talks to John Morrison

• Miz tells Morrison that the Hero always slays the monster.

Firefly Fun House

• Bray isn’t at the Funhouse. He’s at the swamp.
• Wyatt says he created the monster and once you enter the swamp, you can never really leave.

Strowman Interview on the Ramp

• He has to go tot he swamp to end Bray Wyatt before The Fiend comes along and ends him.

Braun Strowman defeats John Morrison – 01:46

• Strowman is in a very foul mood.
• After a running powerslam, Braun picked up the pinfall victory

Post Match

• John Morrison has to be helped out of the arena.

Lacey Evans defeats Naomi – 02:41

• Evans tied Naomi’s hair in the ropes. As soon as Naomi got untangled, Lacey hit the Woman’s Right for the pinfall victory.

Backstage Interview Jeff Hardy

• He has to face Sheamus like he had to face his personal issues. You can’t run from it, hide from it, etc.
• Kayla then asks about the IC Title Tournament.

Backstage Interview with Sasha and Bayley

• Banks says it is destiny that they have all he gold.
• Bayley will hate seeing Nikki cry after she loses her first title match.

Backstage with Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss

• Nikki’s confidence is shaken, but then she hears Bayley laugh and she goes crazy and attacks.
• Bliss carries Nikki away as Bayley screams “Put a leash on her.”

AJ Styles defeats Matt Riddle – 18:10

• AJ Styles countered the Bro-Mission into a pinfall attempt for the three count.

Post Match

Styles and Riddle shook hands, but Styles allowed Riddle to get attacked by King Corbin. Corbin left Riddle laying in the ring after hitting him with the end of days.

Smackdown Preview
