                    (1)  Rampage Brown defeats Wolfgang…early on, the two battle on the floor & Wolfgang runs Rampage’s ribs into the ringpost, Rampage sell the rib injury the rest of the bout…Rampage hits a Doctor Bomb for the win (06:21).

                    *Ashton Smith interviewed while training at the PC…Teoman interrupts to congratulate Smith on becoming a dad (which happened a year ago), then asks “Where’s Oliver?” before walking away.

                    *Aoife Valkyrie training vignette…failure is a part of success…working harder…ready to fly!

                    *Ramage still nursing the ribs backstage, runs into Gallus…Joe Coffeyreminds him they’ve got unfinished business…he’ll give Rampage time to heal up & when he’s ready Coffey will come find him.

                    (2)  Amale defeats Xia Brookside…Fisherman’s Spinebuster (best way I can describe it) & deep stack for the win (04:41)

                    *Sha Samuels doesn’t want to be bothered in the breakroom…Nathan Frazerinterrupts…they get nose-to-nose, Frazer challenges Samuels to a fight next week

                    *Supernova Sessions…with guest Ilja Dragunov…Dar is troubled by Ilja’s anger issues so he’s created “a safe space” for him, the Supernova Spa (complete with robes, babbling brook sound effects, & aromatherapy)…Dar even gives him Lenny the (stuffed) Therapy Dog to pet…Ilja tells Dar he won’t allow himself to be triggered by him & walks off…momentarily returns, to take Lenny with him.

                    *Sam Gradwell stomps into Sid Scala’s office, demands match with Trent Seven…Scala promises he “will call Mr. Saint”…Sid picks up the phone as we go to break.

                    *Sid Scala…announces Dar vs. Dragunov & Coffey vs. Rampage in 2 weeks.

                    (3)  Tyler Bate defeats A-Kid…for the Heritage Cup Championship…

                            Round 1:  no falls…feeling out…lots of holds & quick counters.
                            Round 2:  no falls…more grappling, holds & counters…familiarity is evident.
                            Round 3:  no falls…things getting chippy…some good striking…both men tumble over         the top rope & to the floor, where they spend the last 20 sec. of the round.
                            Round 4:  no falls…A-Kid grinds on Bate with 2 attempts at the sleeper & a deep         guillotine.
                            Round 5:  Tyler Driver for 2 count…A-Kid avoids the corkscrew senton, transitions into
                            the Omoplata that he used to beat Trent Seven…Bate won’t tap…Seven considers         throwing in the towel but Bate is literally saved by the bell…between rounds, Bate         makes Seven promise not throw the towel.
                            Round 6:  A-Kid hits a big Superkick, as he attempts to roll the wobbly Bate up, Bate         spins & captures A-Kid’s legs, then sits down into a pinning combo for the win (00:58         of Round 6  —  18:59 overall)…AFTER…A-Kid retrieves the Cup & presents it to Bate         in a show of respect.
