The following wrestlers were removed from the card due to health scares: Kazuchika Okada, Sho, Yoh, El Desperado, Minoru Suzuki, Yoshinobu Kanemaru. The IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship match between Yoh and Desperado was removed from the card.
Douki, Zack Sabre Jr, Taichi defeat Jado, Tanga Loa, Tama Tonga – 10:00
- Sabre used a submission to get the victory over Jado
Taiji Ishimori and Yujiro Takahashi defeat Master Wato and Hiroyoshi Tenzan – 10:24
- Ishimori used bloody cross on Wato for the pin.
Jeff Cobb, Aaron Henare, Great-O-Khan defeat Bushi, Sanada, Tetsuya Naito – 14:54
- Cobb hit Tour of the Islands on Bushi for the pinfall.
Ryusuke Taguchi, Toru Yano, Hiroshi Tanahashi defeat Dick Togo, Evil, Jay White -12:14
- Yano used a schoolboy on Dick Togo for the pinfall victory.
Will Ospreay defeats Shingo Takagi to Retain IWGP World Championship – 44:53
- Made in Japan through tables on the floor – Ospreay barely made it back in before the 20 count. Shingo hit the Made in Japan again, and Will kicked out at 2.
- Hidden Blade and Storm Breaker for the pinfall win.
- Post Match Comments: New Japan leans too much on Will Ospreay. Card subject to change, but everyone got their money’s worth seeing Will Ospreay alone. Will’s match was the only one announced, and the show sold out.
