In 1995, Razor Ramon won his third Intercontinental Championship at a house show making him a 3 time champion – the most reigns in history. He dropped the title back to the former champion who tied his record. Razor would go on to win the title for a fourth time, but in 1999 that same guy he swapped the title with in 1995 would tie Razor again. By that time, Razor would be long gone from the WWF.
