65. How Do You Start a Revolution That Leads to Evolution?

The history of women in the WWE is a little inconsistent.  For fans that lived through the Golden Era of the WWF, you can’t go very long talking about that time without making reference to the lovely Miss Elizabeth.  But that’s not the kind of participation in the world of wrestling that I mean.

Women have been competing in professional wrestling since before Mildred Burke became the 1st recognized World Champion in 1937.  But getting anything that resembled the equal time or respect of their male counterparts was little more than a dream until fairly recently.

So how do you start a revolution that leads to Evolution?
