What Intercontinental Champion Won King of the Ring in 1991?

A few years ago, investors confronted Vince McMahon about the declining interest and attendance of non-televised house shows. 

I remember Vince, at the time, telling the investors that they “knew how to fix house shows.”

Well as far as I know the only thing that has changed since that question was asked is the frequency of house shows. 

I love going to a good house show. The pressure is off the wrestlers, the attention is on the live audience (not the televised audience), and I never have to sit around waiting for the show to return from commercials. 

Oh. . .shoot . . . we’re supposed to be talking about the King of the Ring from 1991 right. . .

Well believe it or not that was a house show.
