It’s fitting that on the first edition of this new version of the Daily WrestlingNews Show that we take time to pay homage to one of the greatest wrestlers that ever lived. 

A name that wrestling fans born in the 1980’s through our present day would recognize despite the fact that his best pro wrestling days were in the hardened territory days of the 1970’s.

Harley Race passed away on this day in 2019. He was 76 years old. 

In life, Race referred to himself as the “Greatest Wrestler on God’s Green Earth” and during the prime of his wrestling career nobody questioned it.
