*Triple H to the ring…says Mania was a great success…wants to thank the performers, the crew, & the Universe for making it possible…he assures us that the WWE we love is going nowhere…he introduces Roman Reigns to a chorus of preemptive boos…

*Roman Reigns (with Paul Heyman & Solo Sikoa) makes his way to the ring…Cody Rhodes interrupts, admits Roman was the better competitor…but he wants a rematch…tonight…Paul Heyman says, in many colorful ways, “No”…Cody proposes a tag match…Heyman agrees, as long as Cody’s partner also wrestled at Mania & understands they’ll never get a shot at Roman’s titles…Brock Lesnar (who already lost a last chance to face Roman after his SummerSlam loss) makes his way to the ring & puts his arm around Cody…Roman & company leave, disgusted.

(1)  Omos def. Elias…Omos with a Chokebomb for the win (01:41).

*The Usos run into Paul Heyman as they try to get into Roman’s office…Heyman tells them to head to the private jet & enjoy the catering spread…Roman will meet them there.

*Bad Bunny interviewed from his front row seat by Cathy Kelley…he’s honored to be hosting Backlash in his home of Puerto Rico.

*Rey Mysterio to the ring…thanks the Universe…Austin Theory interrupts, antagonizes Rey & the Universe…looks like we’ve got ourselves a match.

(2)  Austin Theory def. Rey Mysterio…Rey has Theory in position for the 619, but when he hits the far ropes, Dominik Mysterio pops up on the apron…Rey knocks him to the floor but the hesitation allows Theory to catch Rey’s legs & get him up for A-Town Down for the win (09:23)…AFTER…Dom gets in Bad Bunny’s face at ringside…Dom throws a punch that Bunny blocks & fires back with a right hand that lands…but Damian Priest pulls Bunny over the barricade & sends him South of Heaven, through the commentary desk.

*Adam Pearce admonishes Damian Priest backstage for putting his hands on Bad Bunny…Priest says Bunny is luck he considers him a friend, or Pearce would really have something to be pissed about.

*Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn to the ring…they want to celebrate their tag titles here in LA…& the best way to celebrate for these two, is with a fight…Street Profits answer the open challenge…they’re coming off a Mania victory, too…oh yeah, & they want the smoke.

(3)  Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn def. Street Profits…Ford misses the From the Heavens Splash…KO counters with a Stunner…Sami follows with the Helluva Kick for the win (12:55). 

*Seth Rollins backstage with Cathy Kelley…he’s flying high after sending Logan Paul “back to the wasteland of social media”…but he realizes the party is out in the ring, so that’s where he’s headed…we come back from break & Seth is leading the crowd in a sing-along…then heads back up the aisle…wow, was that pointless.

*Bobby Lashley backstage with Cathy Kelley…Bronson Reed interrupts…they have words, but Reed’s not dressed for a fight right now…Mustafa Ali interrupts, tells Bobby he should think more positive-Ali…& not take “no” for an answer…so Bobby drags him to the ring for a beating.

(4)  Bobby Lashley def. Mustafa Ali…Lashley manhandles Ali & sinks in the Hurt Lock for the submission win (00:38).

*Roman Reigns questions Paul Heyman…did he know Brock Lesnar would be here?…Heyman says he had no idea…Roman says he’ll smash Brock yet again…then Solo Sikoa can show Cody Rhodes that he’s ready.

*Bianca Belair to the ring…Rhea Ripley interrupts, says they will figure who is the best between them somewhere down the line.

(5)  Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan def. Dakota Kai & Iyo Sky…in a WOMEN’S TAG TITLE #1 CONTENDER MATCH…Raquel delivers the Chingona Bomb on Dakota…Liv follows with ob-LIV-ion for the win (07:03).

*The Miz to the ring…he bitches that he to fight at Mania when he wasn’t prepared…but there will be no more surprises…Matt Riddle interrupts, making a surprise return…Miz attacks…but Riddle delivers a ripcord knee & Bro Derek to lay Miz out.

*Becky Lynch, Lita, & Trish Stratus backstage with Byron Saxton…Becky says the chapter of dealing with Damage CTRL is over…now they’re looking forward to returning prestige to the Women’s tag titles…starting with their defense next week against Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan.

(6)  Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa vs. Cody Rhodes & Brock Lesnar…NEVER GETS STARTED…because Brock attacks Cody during the introductions for no apparent reason…Brock with an F-5 to Cody…another F-5…the Bloodline head for the showers…Brock walks all over Cody…German Suplex…tosses Cody to the floor…runs him into the barricade…Suplex into the timekeeper’s area…chair shot to the back…half the ring steps to the face of Cody…F-5 through the commentary desk…Brock tosses Cody back into the ring…F-5 onto the piece of the ring steps that are now in the ring…2 more chair shots to the back…Brock chokes Cody with the chair across his throat…Brock heads up the aisle as Adam Pearce & backstage agents tend to Cody…Brock comes back through the ‘tron as the EMTs reach the ring…he pauses at the top of the ramp to give the double-bird salute towards the ring as the show ends.
