Tanga Loa defeats Yuji Nagata – 15:35

• Tanga Loa was supposed to wrestle Tetsuya Naito, but Naito suffered a knee injury in his match with Zack Sabre Jr. Everyone that was supposed to face Naito is automatically getting 2 points. This is Tanga Loa’s night to get two points, but he faces Nagata in a non-tournament singles match.
• Tanga Loa used Apeshit for the pinfall victory.

Great-O-Khan defeats Toru Yano – G1 Climax 31 Tournament Match – 11:30

• Before Yano can get to the ring, Great-O-Khan started holding up the hair that he had to cut off in their last meeting. Khan is ticked off.
• At one point, Yano attempted to handcuff Khan to the railing. Khan reversed the situation and cuffed Yano. Toru Yano managed to free himself by disassembling the barricade.
• Yano got back in the ring and shortly afterward loss by pinfall after Great-O-Khan hit him with the Eliminator.
• After the match, Khan attempted to make Yano kiss his boots. Khan got hit with a low blow instead.

Kenta defeats Yujiro Takahashi – G1 Climax 31 Tournament Match – 15:47

• Bullet Club v. Bullet Club Match
• Kenta used the Game Over Submission (not like Miro’s – more like a crossface) for the victory.
