*Brawling Brutes & Drew McIntyre to the ring…Sheamus asks Drew to be an Honorary Brute & he agrees…but who will be the 5^th man?…Sami Zayn interrupts, says the Bloodline doesn’t care who the 5^th man is…Sami guarantees the Bloodline will win War Games.

(1)  World Cup: Ricochet def. Mustafa Ali…Ricochet hits the Shooting Star Press to Ali’s injured ribs for the win (11:18).

*Jey Uso is chewing out Sami Zayn in the Bloodline locker room for running his mouth…Jimmy calms things down as they prepare for Roman’s arrival.

*New Day backstage with Kayla…they’re disappointed with losing their record…Imperium interrupt, say the New Day is everything that’s wrong with wrestling…New Day want to find a partner & fight about it.

*Emma brings Madcap Moss a bottle of water as he warms up for his match…Moss wants revenge on Kross for being humiliated.

(2)  Karrion Kross def. Madcap Moss…Kross slaps on the Kross-Jacket & Moss goes to sleep, giving Kross the submission win (03:45)…AFTER…Emma rushes down to check on Moss.

*Bray Wyatt to the ring…he wants to apologize to LA Knight for the cheap shot headbutt last week…LA Knight out, pretends he’s going to accept the apology but uses it to get close enough to slap Wyatt & quickly back off…Knight says this makes them “even”…Wyatt struggles to control himself but decides to let it go & offer his hand…Knight slaps him again & runs away…the look on Wyatt’s face says this will get bad for Knight.

*The Usos approach Karrion Kross backstage to ask if he’s the 5^th man…Kross says he’s not a follower…when he comes for Roman’s titles, he’ll do it all by himself.

(3)  Shotzi def. Shayna Baszler…around the 4 minute mark Raquel Rodriguez comes to ringside…Shayna sets up to stomp Shotzi’s elbow/arm but Shotzi escapes & counters with a Roll Up & high stack for the win (04:51)…AFTER…Shotzi rolls out quickly & heads up the aisle with Raquel to avoid Shayna & Ronda Rousey.

*LA Knight is approached backstage by Megan, who asks if he’s leaving to avoid Bray Wyatt?…Knight says he’s done with work & just headed home…as Knight holds the door open we catch a glimpse of a masked figure in the darkness beyond the doorway that Knight doesn’t see…after the commercial break we see refs & agents working to uncover an unconscious LA Knight who’s been assaulted & buried under random backstage paraphernalia.

(4)  New Day & Braun Strowman def. Imperium…in a 6-MAN TAG MATCH…New Day hit the Midnight Hour on Kaiser, Woods covers for the win (07:01).

*Braun Strowman backstage with Kayla…he’s looking forward to getting his hands on Gunther after he wins the Word Cup…Ricochet interrupts, tells Braun not to look past “flippy flippers” (apparently Braun’s words) or it will come back to bite him.

(5)  World Cup: Butch def. Sami Zayn…as all their teammates brawl around ringside, Butch hits the Bitter End on Sami for the win (08:04)…AFTER…the fight continues in & around the ring until…

*Roman Reign (& Paul Heyman) head to the ring…Solo Sikoa distracts Drew McIntyre just long enough to allow Roman to hit Drew with a Spear…Sheamus & Roman square off…Sami Zayn gets Sheamus’ attention long enough to set Sheamus up for a Superman Punch by Roman…Kevin Owens to the ring…KO & Roman throw hands…KO gets the upper hand but turns his attention to Sami & eats a Superman Pnch from Roman…Roman triesto follow with a Spear but runs into a gut-kick from KO & a Stunner.
