Adam Rebooks SummerSlam 2010
“Adam Rebooks SummerSlam 2010” comes from Contributor “Alcoholic” Adam Pokrajac. Pokrajac routinely provides the cold hard truth on Australian Wrestling with a heavy focus on New South Wales. He believes this is the most under appreciated wrestling scene in the world today and he reviews it with a beer in his hand.
With Summerslam only a few weeks away, Alcoholic Adam has decided to fantasy book the worst Summerslam ever: 2010.
So, grab a cold one and enjoy the rebooking.
Dolph Ziggler (C) v John Morisson – IC
- Not much of a build for this match. They just want to show who is the biggest workhorse in WWE.
- Dolph Retains with Zig Zag.
Sheamus (C) v Big Show WWE Championship
- This match comes about with Big Show not being affected by the nexus, not eating the pin at the Fatal 4 Way, and being the only person so far who has gotten the better of Sheamus in a brawl.
- Sheamus feels embarrassed and wants to defend his title against the Big Show in a battle of pride.
- Sheamus wins when he hits the Brogue Kick.
Rey Mysterio v CM Punk – I Quit Match (Mask v Hair)
- With Punk and Mysterio at WrestleMania, you stretch it out instead of instant gratification with Rey winning.
- Punk wins at WM, and Rey is forced to join the Straight Edge Society for a while where Punk brainwashes Mysterio.
- Eventually Rey snaps out of it.
- Rey wins.
Gail Kim v Melina (C) v Michelle McCool (C) Winner Take All Divas, Womens Championship
- Ok with merging the titles happening anyway a month later, you might as well bring it a month forward at a bigger PPV.
- Gail Kim wins a battle royal to face Melina for the divas belt, but Gail wants more than that she wants to change how women are perceived. She wants to drop the diva stigma and issues a challenge to McCool. McCool accepts.
- Gail Kim wins
Kane v Edge (C) – World Heavyweight Champiobship
- Kane was on a major role destroying opponents. He wanted to show that he most was the more destructive brother in the brothers of Destruction. Kane uses the vegetative state of the Undertaker as a reason for his destruction eventually blaming the reason for Undertaker’s absence on Edge.
- Edge retains with Kane being distracted by the gong and capitalising with a spear.
- Gong keeps on occurring until the lights go out and the Undertaker appears to confront Kane and make him pay for his sins.
- Edge celebrates Kane’s punishment and eats a tombstone for his troubles.
- 1 more gong goes off. Kane and Undertaker are gone.
- In this Universe, Drew McIntyre wins the MITB briefcase at the first money in the Bank PPV. He cashes in on Edge and Drew wins to become the World Heavyweight Champion.
The Nexus v Team WWE John Cena, Tyson Kidd(C), Davey Boy Smith(C), Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, The Miz (C) & Daniel Bryan
- So there is a reason why we have changed some members.
- We start with The Hart Dynasty. The Nexus takes out Bret Hart, so they Hart Dynasty would want to defend his honor.
- Orton wants Revenge on the Nexus for costing him his match for the WWE Championship.
- The Miz – Cena doesn’t like his tactics, but believes he is on the brink of breaking out.
- For the rest of the build, we don’t change a thing as it was one of the most impactful debuts of all time.
- As for the result, Nexus needs the win to certify them as a massive threat.
And there you have it let us know what you liked and didn’t like and what you do differently.
