                    Jon Moxley: New AEW Champion

                    Jon Moxley is the new AEW World Champion after defeating Chris Jericho at AEW Revolution. The victory comes after months of conflict that includes Jericho stabbing Moxley in the eye. In the closing moments of the World Title match, Moxley removed his eye patch to show a fully healed eye. Moxley pinned Jericho after using the Paradigm Shift DDT.

                    As the night closed out and fans began to leave the arena, AEW revealed that the new Jon Moxley World Championship T-shirt was available at the merchandise stands.

                    This ends Chris Jericho’s six month title reign that began on August 31, 2019 at the AEW All Out Pay Per View in Chicago, IL. Chris Jericho defeated Hangman Adam Page to become the inaugural AEW World Champion.
