- Special Match Announced as Suzuki Gun vs. Tanahashi, Ibushi, Nagata, and Uemura.
Togi Makabe defeats Yota Tsuji – 08:41
- Rating 7 of 10
- Makabe secured the pinfall using a German Suplex with a bridge.
Toru Yano defeats Jado – 09:07
- Rating 7 of 10
- Yujiro Takahashi and Gedo accompanied Jado to the ring.
- At one point Yujiro tossed Yano into the barricade. He also popped in the ring to do a combination side-suplex with Jado.
- Gedo and Jado attempted to double team Yano, but Yano evaded and hit a double low blow.
- Following the low blow, Yano rolled up Jado for the pinfall victory.
Suzuki Gun defeats Nagata, Uemura, Ibushi, Tanahashi – 13:25
- Rating 7 of 10
- Yoshinobu Kanemaru, Zack Sabre Junior, Taichi, and Minoru Suzuki represent Suzuki Gun.
- This match previews some opening round matches from later in the tournament
- Zack Sabre Jr. vs. Kota Ibushi
- Minoru Suzuki vs. Yuji Nagata
- Taichi vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi
- Yuya Uemura vs. Yoshinobu Kanemaru
- Per usual Suzuki Gun attacked prior to the opening bell.
- A lot of time focused on Tanahashi’s knee.
- Kanemaru used the liquor bottle on the side of Uemura’s head and then tossed him back to Suzuki.
- After a rear naked choke and a gotch-style pile driver on Uemura, Suzuki picked up the pinfall victory.
- Suzuki Gun cleared the ring afterward.
Tomoaki Honma defeats Hiromu Takahashi – 18:45
- Honma hit three consecutive kokeshis, but Hiromu kicked out.
- When Honma went for a second rope Kokeshi, Takahashi moved and the match continued.
- After finally connecting with a time bomb, Takahashi picked up the pinfall victory.
Tomohiro Ishii defeats El Desperado – 20:18
- A good match.
- The ending came when Ishii finally hit the brain buster to secure the pinfall victory.
