(1)  Orange Cassidy def. Ethan Page…Cassidy uses two Orange Punches to set up a devastating Scoop Slam (he had been paying homage to Hogan/Andre by trying in vain to slam Page here in AEW’s first time in Detroit…30 miles or so from the old Silverdome) for the win (11:01)…AFTER…OC & Best Friends give the people what they want.

*Christian Cage out in front of the ‘tron with Schiavone…he apologizes for his words last week about Jungle Boy’s dad…he clarifies, actually he’s sorry Jungle Boy’s whole family isn’t dead…except his mom (he gesticulates that she call him)…Christian introduces us to a new, dark version of Luchasaurus.

(2)  Luchasaurus Oscuro def. Serpentico…Luchasaurus uses a modified Snaretrap/Nerve Hold for the submission win (00:52)…AFTER…Luchasaurus dishes out some more punishment, chokeslamming Serpentico on the floor at the behest of Christian Cage.

*Scorpio Sky & Wardlow backstage with Schiavone…Wardlow says Sky can bring all of American Top Team…he will treat them like Security Guards & take that title…Sky challenges Wardlow to a Street Fight…Wardlow accepts.

(3)  Danhausen & FTR def. Max Caster & Ass Boys…Anthony Bowens hops out of his wheelchair & attempts to hit Danhausen with his crutch, but accidentally hits Austin…Danhausen covers Austin for the win (09:38)…AFTER…Billy Gunn shoves Austin to the ground, trying to keep the peace between the Gunn Club & Acclaimed.

*Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, & Satnam Singh backstage promo…they urge Samoa Joe to sign on the dotted line & defend the ROH TV title against Lethal at Death Before Dishonor.

(4)  Jade Cargill def. Leila Grey…retains her TBS Championship…Jaded for the win (01:56)…34-0…AFTER…Jade wants some real competition…Athena & Kris Statlander down…Leila Grey joins Jade & Kiera Hogan in laying out Athena & Statlander,

*GRAND SLAM returns to Arthur Ashe Stadium on September 21st in Flushing Meadows.

*Young Bucks backstage promo…where are all their friends?…their tag titles are all they need…they offer Hirooki Goto & Yoshi-Hashi a shot to prove themselves on Rampage.

Jericho Appreciation Society…inside the BLOOD & GUTS double cage…Sammy Guevara & Claudio Castagnoli start the match…Daniel Garcia gives the JAS the 1^st man advantage…Wheeler Yuta evens things up…Jake Hager in for the JAS advantage…Jon Moxley evens the odds…Jeff Parker in for the JAS advantage…Ortiz evens the odds…Matt Menard in for the JAS advantage…Santana even the odds…Chris Jericho in for the final JAS advantage…Eddie Kingston evens the odds…BLOOD & GUTS IS OFFICIALLY UNDER WAY (the bell rings at 27:50)…we’ve got tables, chairs, baseball bats, kendo sticks, thumbtacks, broken glass, kebab skewers, & fire extinguishers being used as weapons…a corner of the canvas & padding gets pulled up, exposing the bare wood beneath…Tay Conti steals the keys & unlocks the cage…Ruby Soho down to take Conti out…Jericho escapes the cage & climbs to the top…Kingston follows, KO’s Jericho with a spinning backfist…Sammy up to save Jericho…Kingston tosses Sammy off the cage & through a table…Claudio heads up next, Jericho goes for a spin…Menard saves Jericho but finds himself in a Sharpshooter & is forced to tap for the submission win (46:26)…Kingston is not happy because he had Jericho in the Stretch Plum, but the BCC & LAX celebrate on top of the cage with no friction.
