Results begin tonight at 7PM.
Cody and Schiavone on Commentary
Jimmy Havoc defeats Shawn Dean
The Captain managed to get a chop, two arm drags, and a dropkick for offense. He left an opening for Havoc who suplexed Dean into the corner and then began to manipulate the fingers. Havoc finished Dean off with a DDT.
Best Friends defeat Lee Johnson and Musa
Lee Johnson hit Trent with a couple of forearms, but Trent destroyed him. The Best Friends used Strong Zero to secure the pinfall victory
April 28th AEW Dark Preview
Shawn Dean (0-1) vs. Jimmy Havoc (2-4)
Shawn Dean lost his debut match against Shawn Spears. Jimmy Havoc has two wins this year against Corente and Sonny Kiss. Between MLW and AEW, he has four losses to Mance Warner, Orange Cassidy, Cody, and Brian Pillman.
Best Friends (4-3 ) vs. Lee Johnson and Musa (0-0)
The Best Friends have 2020 victories over Kenny Omega and Michael Nakazawa, Butcher and Blade, Shawn Spears and Colin Delaney, and TH2. Their three losses came to Lucha Bros, SCU, Kenny Omega and Adam Page. This is the first outing for Lee Johnson and Musa.
