Cold Open

• Elias has been involved in a hit and run accident.
• He got hit by Jeff Hardy’s rental car.
• They cops pull a liquor bottle out of Jeff’s rental car.
• A few moments later, Hardy is found in the bushes by Jamie Noble.
• Hardy is really banged up and the police say he smells like alcohol.
• They put hand cuffs on Jeff and take him away in a police car.
• Elias is taken away in an ambulance.

Locker Room Meeting

• They announce the news about Elias and Jeff Hardy.
• AJ Styles suggests that Daniel Bryan and he wrestle in the finals.
• Daniel Bryan wants to give someone else a shot. He’ll wrestle someone into the finals.
• Sheamus and King Corbin want back in the tournament.
• AJ takes a free ride to the finals
• After a bunch of arguing, it is decided that the rest of the roster will compete in a battle royal to determine Daniel Bryan’s opponent.

Sheamus wins the Battle Royal

AJ Styles vs. Elias gets canceled. The winner of this battle royal faces Daniel Bryan.

• Rating 7 out of 10.
• King Corbin eliminates Lince Dorado.
• Corbin eliminates Drew Gulak.
• King Corbin eliminates Gran Metalik.
• Corbin eliminates Dolph Ziggler.
• Jey Uso eliminates King Corbin.
• Shorty G eliminates Cesaro
• Shorty G eliminates Shinsuke Nakamura
• Cesaro got back in the ring and tossed Shorty G out of the ring.
• Sheamus eliminates Jey Uso

Sheamus wins.

Sonya Deville Backstage

Sonya says she beat up one blond haired bimbo last week, and she’ll do it again this week. Lace Evans knocks her down and says, “I’ll see you in the ring.”

Shorty G Argues with Cesaro and Sheamus

Cesaro says he did Shorty G a favor. Since Gable didn’t walk away, it seems we’re getting that match later tonight.

Deville and Evans Ends in Double Count Out – 04:18

• Not Rated (Match Under 5 Minutes)
• Sonya and Lacey had a a decent, but short match.
• Eventually the match spilled to the outside where the referee counted them both out.
• Lacey wanted to continue the match, but Sonya said only on her terms.

• 2 Guys had a military career.

Backstage with New Day and Bliss/Cross

• They’re Next

A Moment of Bliss

• Special Guest the New Day
• Nikki presents the New Day with Scottish Pancakes
• Big E took some coffee beans out of his tights and dumped some water in it. That was the New Days gift to them.
• Bayley and Sasha Banks come to the ring. They say now the best tag team is in the ring.
• Nikki congratulated Bayley on her victory over Charlotte.
• Alexa asks Sasha where her championship belt is
• Bayley said Sasha Banks will beat Alexa Bliss right now 1 on 1. Sasha is pissed again.

Sasha Banks defeats Alexa Bliss – 06:29

• Rating 7
• Bayley and Nikki Cross on commentary.
• With some assistance from Bayley, Sasha Banks got the roll-up victory.

Shorty G defeats Cesaro – 04:05

• Shorty G pins Cesaro with a sunset flip.

Otis and Mandy by the Pool

• Mandy falls asleep and we get a dream sequence where she romantasizes her relationship with Otis. He does a cannonball and wakes her up. Then they kiss in the pool as she says “Oh Yeah.”

Kurt Angle Announces the Arrival of Matt Riddle

Kayla Braxton Backstage with Sheamus

• Sheamus says while Riddle and Hardy get all the hype, Sheamus gets results.

Daniel Bryan defeats Sheamus – 13:08

• As Sheamus sets up for the Brogue kick, Jeff Hardy comes out to the ring.
• Daniel Bryan hits the running knee for the pinfall victory.

The New Day on A Moment of Bliss

A Moment of Bliss features a Tag Team Championship summit as the reigning Smackdown Tag Team Champions join Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross.

Intercontinental Championship Tournament Continues

Sami Zayn is unable to defend the Intercontinental Championship, so WWE has stripped Zayn of the title. Sami Zayn won the Intercontinental Championship from Braun Strowman at March 8th Elimination Chamber Pay Per View. He later defended and retained the title against Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania.

The tournament has come down to these semi final matches:

Jeff Hardy (3-0) vs. Daniel Bryan (9-3)

This match has been brewing for quite some time now and both men are undefeated since returning to action.
