September 14th NXT

*Ciampa, Dunne, O’Reilly, & Knight all cut a quick promo saying why they’ll be the next NXT Champion…Bron Breakker (Bronson Rechsteiner) approaches LA Knight looking for a chance to prove himself…Knight tells him to head to the ring so he can “beat the brakes off” him.

*We get our first look at the revamped CWC…the 10-foot plexi-glass has been cut down to 3 feet, no fencing, bleachers have been installed…the crowd & walls are bathed in purple & orange lights…white ropes & a light gray canvas on the ring…looks like a rainbow vomited everywhere.

(1)  Bron Breakker defeats LA Knight…Gorilla Press into a Powerslam for the win (03:44)…AFTER…we see Breakker backstage getting kudos from a bunch of NXT Superstars, most of whom we’ve yet to see on TV.

(2)  Imperium defeat Josh Briggs/Brooks Jensen…Briggs taken out at ringside by Barthel…Aichner hits a double-underhook superplex on Jensen for the win (03:55).

*Hit Row…Swerve, Adonis, & Top Dolla all shoot off B-Fab before her in-ring debut tonight.

(3)  B-Fab defeats Katrina Cortez…a very mediocre Neckbreaker for the win (01:19)…AFTER…B-Fab on the mic…Legado del Fantasma interrupt…Elektra Lopez & B-Fab have harsh words for each other…seems they’ll meet in the ring soon.

*The Way‘s locker room, the groomsmen all in Dexter-esque tight black Henley shirts & gloves…Austin Theory returns & he brought a priest…Damian Priest!

*Carmelo Hayes in-ring interview with Sam…from now on wherever he goes, his buddy Trick (Williams) goes…Trick reminds Carmelo how good he is & that he shouldn’t ever hold back…Duke Hudson passes them as they exit & head up the ramp, tells Carmelo he got lucky…Trick says this is exactly what he was talking about, so the two follow Hudson to the ring & give him a beating.

*Gigi Dolan & Jayce Jayne in a dark room with “the new” Mandy…Mandy is in a hoodie, back to the camera…ready to be unveiled soon.

(4)  Kacy/Kayden defeat Gigi/Jayce by DQ…when a hooded figure pulls Kacy off the top buckle, causing the DQ (01:52)…SURPRISE…it’s new Mandy…her new look consists of black attire & brown hair dye…still nuclear hot…after Mandy’s unveiling, Sarray to the ring…she drops Jayce & Gigi…Mandy bails as we go to commercial.

*Kyle O’Reilly is seen in his locker room warming up via picture-in-picture during the women’s tag match…Pete Dunne & Ridge Holland enter & attack him.

*Back from commercial & we’ve got a 6-woman tag match, playa!  Oh yeah, I almost forgot that Vince & Bruce are writing this show…oh, & the match started during the break, too…LOVE THAT!

(5)  Gigi/Jayce/Mandy defeat Kacy/Kayden/Sarray…Mandy hits a jumping knee to jaw of Kayden for the win (>06:23…match started during commercial).

*Indi‘s locker room…the bridesmaids are getting Indi ready…Candice is not loving one of Indi’s pals & her wool skullcap.

*Raquel Gonzalez hype package…she’s dominated everyone…keep ‘em coming!

*GM Regal backstage with McKenzie…Kyle O’Reilly is not medically cleared after the attack…taking his place is the man who came to Kyle’s aid, Von Wagner.

(6)  Ridge Holland defeats Drake Maverick…Northern Grit for the win (01:48).

*Tommaso Ciampa backstage with McKenzie…NXT 2.0 is about that Do-it-Yourself attitude, he’s familiar with that…but it’s been 908 days since he’s held Goldie…tonight he gets his redemption.

*Tony D’Angelo promo…he’s doing a half-assed mobster gimmick with Al Capone’s bowler hat & a stogie in his pocket…his family is in waste management (seriously?)…he’s a great amateur wrestler but there’s no money in that…NXT is where the money is.

(7)  Creed Brothers defeat Dan Jarmon/Trevor Skelly…Julius hit the tumbling back slam & low lariat for the win (02:50)…AFTER…Bivens introduces the newest member of Diamond Mine, Ivy Nile, formerly of NBC’s Titan Games…Kushida interrupts, too much talk, he’s ready…Bivens says next week the Cruiserweight Title match is on!

(8)  Tommaso Ciampa defeats Von Wagner/LA Knight/Pete Dunne…for the NXT Championship…LA Knight hits a Superplex on Dunne, but Wagner breaks up the count…Wagner hits a double-underhook spinning suplex on Knight, but Ciampa breaks up the count…Ciampa hits the Fairytale Ending on Knight for the win (10:38) & is finally reunited with Goldie!

*In-Dex video package…the history of the greatest love story in (NXT) history!

*The Wedding of Dexter Gaylord Lumis & Indi Ophelia Hartwell…Ikeman Jiro is holding the rings inside his brightly colored blazer…when half the wedding party raises their hands at the “or forever hold your peace” moment, Dexter show everyone that he has an ax in his jacket & everyone puts their hands down…Indi’s vows are heart-felt & hilarious…Dexter’s vows are a thumbs up…when the wedding officiant questions Dexter’s lack of vows he is “Silenced” by Dexter & Beth Phoenix takes over…Dexter speaks his first words & thankfully they are “I do.”

*Tommaso Ciampa is watching on a monitor backstage with Goldie…Bron Breakker approaches & congratulates him on his championship victory…Ciampa congratulates Breakker on his first win in NXT 2.0…they share an intense handshake as Ciampa catches Breakker staring at Goldie.
