Big E had to remind Kofi that nobody was in the arena to clap. They were celebrating their historic 8th reign when the Lucha House Party came out. Lince Dorado explained that they want an opportunity to challenge for the tag titles. The Miz and Morrison came out and walked straight past the Lucha House Party.
Gran Metalik cut his first promo in WWE (it works for Asuka). The Forgotten Sons also came out. The Miz says “who the hell are these guys?” The Forgotten Sons cut their promo and then attacked the New Day. They were the only ones left standing.

Recap of King Corbin Beating Up Elias Last Week
King Corbin defeats Drew Gulak
Gulak knocked Corbin to the outside and drop kicked him over the announce table. Smackdown went to commercial with Gulak standing on the table looking down at Corbin. Back from the break, Gulak had Corbin in a hold in the center of the ring. Corbin took over the match with the spot where he slides out of the ring, goes around the turnbuckle, and jumps back in with a clothesline. On the outside of the ring, Gulak hit a dragonscrew leg whip into the steel steps. Gulak followed up with a clothesline from the top rope. Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro came out, took out Daniel Bryan, and distracted Gulak. This gave Corbin the opening to push Gulak into the post and secure the pinfall victory.
Post Match
Cesaro and Nakamura held Gulak up and King Corbin hit him with the scepter.
Sheamus defeats Daniel Vidot
Sheamus basically punched and kicked Daniel Vidot until he could hit the brogue kick for the win.
Jeff Hardy Video Package
This chapter covers the return to WWE at WrestleMania in 2017.
Recap the DX Invasion from 1998
Sheamus Came Back Out to Confront Michael Cole
He ripped the headset of Cole’s head. He doesn’t like that Cole keeps talking about Jeff Hardy.
Lucha House Party defeats Miz and Morrison
Miz and Morrison quickly isolated Lince Dorado, but he got the tag off to Gran Metalik. After Gran Metalik hit a top rope splash, he tagged Lince back into the match. Morrison hit a lot of exciting offense including an Alabama Slam where he rolled through and bounced off the ropes. Lince hit a handspring stunner and got the tag to Metalik. Miz put his feet up when Metalik went for a top rope moonsault. Miz went for a high impact slam, but Metalik rolled him up for a pinfall victory.
Lacey Evans defeats Sasha Banks
Bayley caused an immediate distraction, but Lacey tossed Sasha into the barricade. Bayley again caused a distraction allowing Banks to ram Evans’ right fist into the post. Lacey began to fire up, but her injured hand caused her to miss a move in the corner. Banks took advantage by again ramming Lacey’s hand into the post and then following up with a meteora off the top rope. Once Evans found some space, she grabbed Sasha by the head and repeated slammed it against the post. Banks countered a superplex attempt and went straight back to the hand.
Lacey managed to surprise Sasha with the Women’s right, but Sasha landed near the ropes. Bayley put Sasha’s foot on the rope when Lacey went for the cover. Sasha then attempted to roll up Lacey, but the referee was focused on Bayley. Evans kicked out, hit the women’s right and secured the pinfall victory.
Post Match
As Sasha and Bayley were exiting on the ramp, Tamina came out and Super Kicked Bayley.

Triple H 25th Anniversary Celebration
Somebody walked by and took the water out of his hands, so I guess he doesn’t get to spit it tonight. He begins to speak, but then Shawn Michaels comes out. Shawn says that he sent out hundreds of invitations to all his friends and loved ones. . . and they’re all here . . . of course the joke is that nobody is on Smackdown. Shawn asks if Triple H remembers the big 25 year celebration for him. Michaels and Triple H joked about that for a few minutes. Shawn talks about DX and all the mess ups. They then roll footage of all Triple H’s WrestleMania moments. . .all his losses.
Shawn then talks about how he met “Stephanie No Fun,” and Stephanie calls him on the phone and yells about Shawn mocking her. Ric Flair calls next to send his well wishes. He tells Triple H to not let Shawn super kick him at the end. The Roaddog called next.
Vince McMahon comes out to say congratulations. He calls Triple H and Shawn boring. He compares the segment to the Gobbledy Gooker. They say “I Love You” and then he lets Triple H really know the performance was so horrible. What a way to go out. McMahon leaves and says let’s wrap it up, he turns off the lights, and let’s crickets chirp as Smackdown goes off the air.
