“When I started Yessing, it wasn’t just a word, it’s not just a hand gesture, it’s not a movement, it’s not about positive thinking, it’s not about any of that. It’s about the power that each and every one of us have to make change.” – Daniel Bryan

Bryan Danielson won’t be “yessing” in AEW out of respect for what he believes to be a WWE creation. But when we chant “YES,” we keep spreading his message.

On to this week’s stuff!

Hope you enjoy!

1. Bryan Danielson Wrestles First AEW Match
The American Dragon wrestled an excellent match against Kenny Omega Wednesday night at Arthur Ashe Stadium. The contest went the full 30 minutes ending in a draw before a crowd of approximately 20,000 fans.

While neither Kenny Omega nor Bryan Danielson picked up a win, the fans won that night. During the match, my wife looked over at me and said “It’s been a long time since I’ve seen you watch a match with that much interest.”

With that finish, it seems likely that the rematch will occur at the Full Gear PPV on 11/13, but this time it should be for the AEW World Championship.

2. We’re 2 Weeks in on NXT 2.0, and I Have One Question . . .
Why doesn’t WWE make it crystal clear that Bron Breakker is the son of Rick Steiner?

Bron looks like Rick, talks like his Uncle Scott, and wrestles a bit like both of them. We saw a Steiner-line and a Steiner Recliner on this week’s episode alone.

Since WWE is programming Breakker with the NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa right out of the gate, why not give him the extra boost of recognizing his family lineage.

I’m at a complete loss for why they don’t use everything at their disposal to get Breakker over . . . especially since I believe WWE will have him working on top of NXT and on the main roster within the next year.
