(2)  The Influence defeat Gisele Shaw & Alisha Edwards…retain their Knockouts Tag Team Championship…Influence hit the Collab on Alisha, Tenille covers for the win (11:17).

*Violent By Design promo…power & control…that’s how VBD will take back their tag titles next week…and how Eric Young will take his place as the next world title challenger by the end of tonight’s Gauntlet for the Gold.

*Gail Kim in the ring to announce the 1^st ever Queen of the Mountain Match at Slammiversary, where Tasha Steelz will defend the Knockouts Championship against Chelsea Green, Jordynne Grace, Deonna Purrazzo, & Mia Yim…Tasha Steelz to the ring to get in Gail’s face, not pleased with this news…Mia Yim down to stop Tasha & Savannah Evans from bullying Kim…Deonna Purrazzo joins Tasha & Savannah in beating down Mia…Jordynne Grace & Taya Valkyrie down for the save…Jordynne, Mia, & Taya clear the ring.

*Rich Swann backstage with Gia…19 other men want to win that Gauntlet for a shot at the world title, but Rich is willing to fight all…night…long.

(4)  Eric Young wins the 20-Man Gauntlet for the Gold…Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley begin the match for 2 minutes…followed every 90 seconds by Eddie Edwards, Vincent, Steve Maclin, Shark Boy, Trey Miguel, Raj Singh, Bhupinder Gujjar, Shera, W. Morrissey, Eric Young, Johnny Swinger, Black Taurus, Heath, Rhino, Moose, Rich Swann, Matthew Rehwoldt (who left the announce table while Matt Cardona’s music played as a distraction & snuck in to eliminate Swann…Rehwoldt is later eliminated by PCO), & PCO…FINAL FOUR: Steve Maclin, Eric Young, Moose, & Chris Sabin…LIGHTS OUT…Sami Callihan appears in the ring & eliminates Moose…Sabin eliminates Maclin…**the final 2 competitors now battle to a pinfall or submission finish…Young escapes Sabin’s set up for the Cradle Shock & delivers a Piledriver for the win (Final Fall: 02:18…Total: 38:14)…as a result, Eric Young earns a World Championship opportunity at Slammiversary.
